How many eggs should you eat per week to lose weight


Spanish researchers claim that by eating the required amount of eggs with their daily presence in the diet, you can become the owner of a more slender figure and even reduce body mass index.

The Journal of Clinical Nutrition writes about a study in which 355 students aged between eighteen and thirty took part. An analysis of the data on the participants in the experiment showed that those who ate eggs at least five times a day were leaner, had a lower BMI and a lower percentage of body fat. For example, their BMI averaged 22.5, compared to 23.5 for those who ate no more than four eggs a week.

It is not specified in what form the eggs were consumed by the participants in this study.
