Disney has clarified and revealed when to expect the third season of The Mandalorian. The studio decided to postpone the continuation of the story to 2022.
For a while, Star Wars fans didn't know when new films on this universe would come out on the small screens. Disney announced several projects within the franchise at once, confusing fans. Only recently showrunner Jon Favreau, speaking on a morning show on television, spoke about the studio's plans. As it turned out, "The Book of Boba Fett" is not just another season of "The Mandalorian" series, but an independent project. It should be shown next December. In the same period, the animated series "Bad Batch" will be released.
As for the third season of the story of the hermit mercenary, the public will see it only in 2022, in which quarter it is not reported. However, on December 25, a special episode for the second season will premiere, where they will talk about the details of the filming process.
